n el presente trabajo, la autora reflexiona acerca de las correspondencias interpretativas entre Derecho y arte, contemplando semejanzas y diferencias entre ambas disciplinas. De esta forma, el punto de partida es la premisa de que tanto el Derecho como las obras de arte son creaciones humanas y existen para ser interpretadas. La autora realiza un análisis interdisciplinario donde el Derecho interactúa con la literatura, la música y el cine, entre otras expresiones artísticas.
Finalmente, Bonifaz estudia la relación entre el autor y su obra, donde el papel del juez y el legislador se asemeja al del creador artístico; y expone los límites de la interpretación, donde sobresalen aspectos como las reglas permitidas, la rigidez o flexibilidad de éstas, el contexto general y las particularidades del caso.

In this paper, the author reflects on the interpretative correspondences between Law and art, contemplating similarities and differences between the two disciplines. Thus, the starting point is the premise that both the Law and the results of are human creations and are to be interpreted.
The author assumes an interdisciplinary approach where law interacts with literature, music and film, among other artistic expressions.
Finally, Bonifaz studies the relationship between the author and his work, where the role of the judge and legislator resembles the artistic creator; and exposes the limits of interpretation, with outstanding issues such as the rules allowed, the rigidity or flexibility of these, and the general and the specific context of the case.
